On Thursday 3rd September at 8:00am Australia's first Shotcrete Certification event began. Attendees included groups from across Australia and New Zealand. Charles Hanskat from the American Shotcrete Association presented the content, allowing the group to become the first internationally recognised shotcreters to be certified in Australia.

On Friday, shooting of test panels, both vertical and overhead was completed at the Mitchcon worksite. Applying their previous experience and the information and tips they had learnt from Day one, all of participants received the ACI Certification.
