The mentoring workshop aims to show those who are required to complete site Pre Start checks (site supervisors/managers/subcontractors), how to speed up and more effectively complete this process while gaining better engagement from their team and, importantly, to meet regulation. With a change in WorkSafe laws, site supervisors now have to not only raise awareness but they have to prove engagement of those they are responsible for. No small task especially when many a crew member just wants to 'get on with the job.'
Many small business operators are in the sights of the regulator to comply. This is often a challenging task to busy on the tools business owners as time lost during the Pre Start process can chew into profit margins.
The Pre Start Check process is a vital part of the site OH&S procedural requirement so our goal is to provide your organisational members, a faster, effective method that will get them back on the tools faster.
The workshop is run by Dave Broadhurst who has 30 years in industry. He knows the challenges and is highly relatable. The workshop is visual, informal and VERY relevant.
