Important Changes for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in NSW

The Concrete Pumping Association of Australia (CPAA) has been working with the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and Transport for NSW (RMS) to deliver an updated NSW Class 1 Special Purpose Vehicle and Combination Operators Guide removing restrictive travel times for SPV less than 2.5 meters in width.
